I am not a photogenic person, and on platforms built around a photograph that is the entire available fact about me. On the written kind, where the unit is a paragraph, I do rather well, because I can explain a complicated thing clearly and I am funny on paper. Same person, two verdicts, and neither of them is about whether I would be good to know.
Thirty five, Manhattan, submissive, six years in. I spent the first three trying to become photographable, which is a use of a great many Sundays that I would like returned to me.
What I want is a dominant who chooses in the same way I do. I have never once decided about a person from a picture. I decide from how somebody answers a question they were not expecting, and from whether they ask me anything at all.
Ongoing rather than occasional. Service and structure, standing expectations, correction spoken at the time rather than saved up for a debrief. I am at my best with routine and useless at intensity.
Not looking for anyone who wants photographs before a conversation. Not looking to be told I would do better with better lighting, which has been said to me sincerely twice. And not looking for somebody who will lose interest the moment they see me, which I would much rather discover in week one than in week nine.
