At one point I was on four of these and I told myself it was thoroughness. It was not. It was four half conversations, each slightly worse than it would have been on its own, and at least two people worked out they were getting a share of somebody and left politely. They were right to go. I would have left me as well.
Thirty seven, west London, dominant, eleven years in. I kept the one where people write in paragraphs, deleted the rest in an afternoon, and my week is quieter and considerably better.
The models genuinely do different things to your behaviour. The dealt out kind teaches you to keep your options open, because options keep arriving whether you asked for them or not. The written kind teaches you to read one thing properly, because you had to go looking to find it. I do not think anybody is a better person on one than the other. I think the shape of the thing does the shaping.
So: a submissive who wants an ongoing dynamic with somebody paying full attention. Structure, protocol at the level of ordinary life rather than theatre, a review every couple of months where either of us can end it cleanly.
Not looking for somebody who wants to be persuaded into this. Not looking for anyone who needs an answer within the hour. And if you are currently running four of these yourself, say so, and I will wish you well and mean it.
