What this board is for. Reading. Writing a post and answering one both run through your account on the platform this site connects to, so you control what you disclose and when you disclose it.

Anonymous, and it stays that way. No names, email addresses, phone numbers, app handles, links or photographs are published here, and none are collected either. A post says what you are after, what you have already tried and given up on, and roughly where you are.

What gets a post pulled. Anything for hire, anything with a price attached, anything describing a person who did not write it, and one post pasted across a dozen cities.

Three weeks. That is how long a post stays up, counted from the date on it. A board nobody prunes turns into a museum, which is how most personals sections die.

The flag works. There is one on every post, and it reaches a person rather than a filter.
